Job summary

Sompo seeks a Senior Claims Adjuster to join their Claims Department for Cyber and Financial Institutions business in London. The role handles large multi-jurisdictional claims and supports growing Cyber offering.

You will manage a caseload valued in USD and work with internal and external stakeholders, drawing on broad cyber and financial lines expertise, delivering accurate financial reporting and high-quality claims handling.

Qualifications

• General Professional & Financial Lines claims experience, preferably including Cyber

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for a caseload of large and complex, multi-jurisdictional claims including Cyber and FI
• Managing losses valued in excess of USD1,000,000
• Ensuring accuracy of financial recording and reporting under referral to management
• Helping to grow Sompo’s Cyber offering into a market leading proposition and supporting their existing mature FI offering
• Acting as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing excellent communication
• General Professional & Financial Lines claims experience, preferably including Cyber
• Excellent multi-jurisdictional technical claims handling expertise
• A strong work ethic, setting high standards and be accountable for output
