Job summary

Linklaters in London is hiring for a FinOps analyst to support the collection and reporting of technology, data and AI financial data. You will develop dashboards and metrics to improve cost transparency and enable informed decision-making across the technology estate.

You will work with product, engineering, procurement and finance teams to analyse spend, forecast budgets and support governance, cost allocation and service ownership. Hybrid working model available in the London office.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, analysing and interpreting data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of financial management, budgeting or reporting processes.
• Experience using Excel and reporting tools to prepare data and MI.
• Ability to produce clear reports, dashboards and presentations for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Prepare FinOps reporting, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, procurement and finance teams.
• Gathers and analyses technology cost data including cloud usage and licences.
• Maintain cost governance, tagging, allocation and ownership information.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and review of spend trends.
