MTS Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finishing Operative in Denham/Uxbridge to work on precision anodising and metal finishing for life-saving equipment. The role involves operating equipment, masking components, and ensuring strict quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience with process chemicals in anodising or metal finishing, reading engineering drawings, and a manufacturing background. Competitive benefits and a supportive team are offered.

Salary: £35,593.68with 9% company-paid pension and an excellent benefits package.

We have a brand new vacancy for a Finishing Operative.This is an excellent opportunity to work on precision metal finishing processes, primarily anodising, contributing to the manufacture of life-saving equipment.

Role Responsibilities

• Operating manual and automated anodising equipment.
• Masking components to protect bores, holes and slots from abrasive media.
• Operating barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment.
• Carrying out surface preparation processes, including passivation and phosphating.
• Undertaking inspection of finished components to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Following health and safety procedures, quality standards and COSHH regulations.
