Fawkes & Reece Group in Worthing is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join a PLC developer on a busy residential project in Sussex. This is a freelance position, supporting the Site Manager and Project Manager on site, taking plots from 1st fix to completion.

You will oversee plots to completion, coordinate trades, ensure quality, and maintain HSE standards. The role requires CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid, with a competitive day rate of £240-£260.

Qualifications

• Experience as Finishing Manager with a developer.
• Knowledge of the build process from 1st fix to handover.
• Ability to manage multiple trades on a fast-paced site.
• CSCS, SMSTS and 1st Aid certifications.
