Job summary

Atmos Recruitment Ltd in Reading is seeking a freelance Finishings Manager to close out a £10m commercial refurbishment and fit-out project. You will join the site team to manage all finishing aspects with around 10 weeks left, located a short drive from the motorway junction and train station. Prior experience of CAT-A and CAT-B office fitouts is advantageous.

Rates are negotiable, reflecting freelance/contractor arrangements on this site-based assignment.

Qualifications

• Finishing management on commercial refurbishment projects.
• Experience with CAT-A/CAT-B office fitouts is advantageous.
• Freelance/contractor approach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing aspects on the Reading project and drive close-out activities.
• Coordinate with site team to ensure timely completion within ~10 weeks remaining.
• Ensure quality and compliance of finishing works and snagging.

Job description

I am currently looking to recruite a freelance Finishings Manager to help close out a 10m commercial refurbishment and fit-out project in Reading for one of my main contractor clients.

Works are nearing completion with around 10 weeks left on the project. The majority of the outstanding work is internal. Working as part of the site team you will be responsible for all finishing aspects on the project, which is located a 5 minute drive from the motorway junction and train station.

Previous experience of CAT-A and CAT-B office fitouts is an advantage.
