Job summary

Frontline Construction is seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to manage finishing works on a residential new-build development in Bicester. Immediate start with an ongoing position and negotiable rate; CIS payment option available.

You will coordinate trades, supervise snagging, ensure high workmanship standards, and drive plots to handover readiness on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential new-build developments.
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and snagging.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Valid CSCS card.
