Duties will include:

• Overseeing finishing works across multiple plots.

• Coordinating trades and subcontractors.

• Managing snagging and ensuring defects are rectified.

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and finish.

• Ensuring plots are fully completed and ready for handover.

• Keeping works on schedule and meeting handover deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential new-build developments.

• Strong knowledge of finishing works and snagging.

• Good organisational and communication skills.

• Valid CSCS card.

This is an ongoing position with an immediate start. The rate is negotiable depending on experience, and CIS is available.
