Job Title: Temporary Finishing Foreman - New Build Care Home
Location: Bridlington

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a temporary assignment to oversee the final stages of a new build care home project. This role requires someone to start immediately, ensuring the highest quality of finishes and that all final tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate finishing works, ensuring high-quality standards
• Manage trades and subcontractors on-site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
• Conduct quality checks, snagging, and handovers, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications
• Work closely with site managers and project teams to address any issues promptly

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on similar new build projects
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS, 1st Aid
