What We're Looking For:

• Ensuring an exceptional level of food quality and consistency for fine dining events and VIP functions.
• Managing the complexities of event-driven kitchen operations in a high-pressure environment.
• Coordinating efficiently with front of house teams for seamless service execution.
• Maintaining strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and industry regulations.
• Collaborating with the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen and event execution.
• Leading the kitchen team during service, ensuring flawless dish execution and presentation.
• Assisting with menu development, incorporating seasonal and premium ingredients.
• Overseeing inventory, ensuring minimal wastage while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Training and mentoring junior chefs, ensuring adherence to the highest culinary standards.
• Ensuring seamless communication and coordination with event managers and service teams.
