Job summary

• Strong knowledge of export regulations and customs procedures.

• Familiarity with BoxTop and E-customs systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documentation including customs declarations and invoices.
• Arrange shipping modes: air, courier, road and sea freight.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
• Coordinate with art handlers, shipping agents, couriers and forwarders.
• Track shipments and provide clients with updates.
• Serve as primary client contact and resolve issues.
• Maintain shipment records for audit and compliance.
