National Bank is seeking a Manager, Financing Solutions to support a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. You will underwrite and structure complex credit solutions, drive business growth with relationship managers, and manage risk across industries within the Upper Mid-Market Commercial Banking segment.

You will work from a Fraser Valley-based team with a hybrid work environment and flexible hours, contributing to a fast-growing bank known for its client focus and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business or accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial lending or credit.
• Knowledge of risk management and banking functions.
• Experience analyzing financial statements.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality credit analyses and make recommendations.
• Structure credit applications meeting risk criteria.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Director of Financing Solutions to determine client needs.
• Negotiate terms with Credit Risk Management as needed.
• Present applications to the Director, Financing Solutions before forwarding to Credit Risk Management.
