Job summary

North Bay Group Ltd seeks a finance professional to support the Commercial Director and Executive team with strategic growth decision support. You will build bespoke financial models for new opportunities and monitor service performance to prioritise capital investment and funding covenants.

Responsibilities include research on prospective M&A, tenders and development opportunities, plus producing business cases for the Investment Committee and post-investment reviews.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with degree-level education and strong academic record.
• Extensive Excel modelling skills for financial appraisals and forecasts.
• Experience reviewing investment proposals with commercial judgement.
• Healthcare or corporate finance/transaction services experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bespoke financial modelling to support assessment of new opportunities and monitoring performance of services.
• Research and financial analysis over prospective M&A, tender and development opportunities.
• Producing business cases and reporting for the monthly Investment Committee.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business projects for MDs and Senior Management.
• Post investment reviews and effective stakeholder communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload with senior stakeholders.
