Job summary

3forge is seeking a Solutions Engineer to build and deploy high‑impact production applications for financial services. You will work at the intersection of software, data and client delivery, writing code, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating with engineers, project managers and clients to solve complex technical problems.

You will diagnose issues from logs, support deployments, and contribute to AI-enabled workflows while learning the domain of sophisticated financial applications and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and diagnose log files and interpret stack traces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build technical solutions for real-world financial use cases.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to identify reusable patterns.
• Integrate applications with client data sources and existing environments.
