Job summary

Interpath Advisory is expanding its Financial Services M&A Advisory team in London. The Assistant Manager will support deal execution through financial modelling, data analysis, sector research and project management, working closely with senior team members.

The role involves creating pitch decks, drafting information memorandums, and managing multiple deals with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&A advisory or related fields.
• Knowledge of loan data tapes is a plus.
• Strong accounting and company valuation knowledge; financial modelling will be tested.
• Excellent financial modelling ability to build high-quality Excel models from scratch.
• Ability to analyse large and complex data sets in Excel; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions in Financial Services.
• Perform financial analysis, strategic business analysis and industry research.
• Prepare client presentations in a clear and compelling manner.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of potential buyers, sellers and situations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support deal structuring and execution.
