Financial Services Administrator
London, EC2M (Dashwood House, close to Liverpool Street and Bank stations)

  • Part time, 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5:15pm, 1 hour lunch break)
  • Permanent position
  • £32,000 - £34,000 pro rata + benefits

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly team and provide essential administrative support in a fast-paced environment. You’ll manage your own caseload while contributing to our success by delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across mortgage, investment, and pension portfolios.
  • Manage client cases with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Draft and send clear, professional emails (no templates!).
  • Input data with precision and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Communicate effectively via phone and email with clients and advisers.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and improve workflows.
