You should have:

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, or equivalent
• Previous management experience
• Strong knowledge of UK and international reporting standards (including UK GAAP and UK-adopted IFRS) and related financial reporting requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, consolidations, and cash flows
• Business development experience—able to contribute to identifying and converting opportunities into services
