Financial Reporting Manager – Tech Business – Central London

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Reporting to: Head of Financial Reporting

The Role

As Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll play a key role in the Group Finance team, driving best practices in financial reporting, consolidations, and technical accounting while supporting process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group consolidations and deliver accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS
• Provide technical accounting expertise, supporting complex transactions and policy developments
• Lead process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in reporting
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance and best practices

Your Profile

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) – Big 4 or Top 10 background preferred
• Experience in group consolidations, financial reporting, and technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting
• Proven ability to improve financial processes and drive efficiencies
