We are looking for a Senior Group Financial Reporting Manager to join at this exciting time as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced, growing company. The role is crucial for our continued growth and will report to the Group Head of Finance (based in Bucharest), with direct day-to-day contact with the CFO in the UK to support team dynamics. The role will involve:

Responsibilities

1. Manage and drive the monthly IFRS consolidation reporting timetable and deliverables, including key reconciliation processes;
2. Prepare monthly management accounts reports and key analysis, along with the board pack;
3. Establish and maintain a Group accounting and financial reporting manual, including policies and procedures;
4. Collaborate with local finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support related tasks;
5. Prepare financial statements for the Group and subsidiaries under IFRS, including linked narrative reporting;
6. Manage the Group’s cash flow forecasting process in coordination with the FP&A team;
7. Work with tax advisers on tax disclosures and support tax compliance filings;
8. Lead on technical IFRS and other reporting issues, including impairment, acquisition accounting, and ESG reporting;
9. Assist in the group audit process, acting as the main contact for financial reporting queries;
10. Lead ad hoc financial reporting projects for internal and external stakeholders;
11. Support other projects, working with global teams to standardize processes and controls for a listed environment.

Qualifications and Experience

1. ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with at least 3 years’ post-qualification experience;
2. Ability to prioritize multiple workstreams and meet reporting deadlines;
3. Strong attention to detail, combined with common sense and initiative;
4. Ownership and accountability for financial reporting needs, proactive in assessing transactions;
5. Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels;
6. Familiarity with the Betting & Gaming or Ecommerce sectors OR experience with NetSuite.
