Qualifications

• Professional qualification (ACA, ICAS, CA, ACCA or CIPFA) with post qualification experience.
• Confidence managing a large portfolio of audit clients.
• IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge; US GAAP and Companies Act favourable.
• Experience leading teams and project management.
• Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Delivers projects on technical accounting, including GAAP conversions and financial statements.
• Manages projects solo or with colleagues to meet deadlines.
• Controls timescales, budgets and risk management procedures.
• Maintains awareness of productivity, gross margin and client service.
• Leads smaller assignments from planning to review.
• Identifies opportunities and prepares scope and quotes for small work.
