FP&A Analyst

Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is currently seeking an FP&A Analyst based out of our London office.

The primary focus of the FP&A team is to provide the broader business and shareholders with insightful and timely information to facilitate informed decision-making. Your role will involve developing financial models and reports, conducting detailed analysis, and collaborating with various business units to ensure data accuracy and integrity. We’ll Count on You To:

• Support the annual budget, regular forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and reports to support the executive team in decision-making.
• Conduct regular and ad-hoc financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance Operations, business unit FP&A, and other functions to drive reporting improvements and optimize processes.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and models.

What You Need to Have:

• Experience in a similar FP&A role.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced Excel modelling expertise and experience with SAP BPC (or similar reporting tools).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
