Are you a motivated, highly skilled FP&A specialist ready to join our Group FP&A Team?

This exciting and challenging role is a 10-12 month Fixed Term Contract, offering the opportunity to learn about our business, gain valuable experience, and insights.

You will be responsible for performing in-depth analysis and second-line assurance of divisional financial information, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial data and forecasts across the organization, aligned with organizational strategy. This key role in our performance management, planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting team requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication of complex findings.

The team will utilize cutting-edge modeling techniques to build cost, revenue, and cash flow models to support performance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

What you will be doing as FP&A Senior Analyst
  1. Conduct comprehensive analysis of divisional financial data to identify trends, correlations, cost drivers, anomalies, and insights.
  2. Develop and implement data models based on critical cost drivers, key correlations, algorithms, and statistical methods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
  3. Perform data validation and assurance activities to maintain the consistency and reliability of financial forecasts, results, and analysis.
  4. Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to present financial data and insights to stakeholders.
  5. Focus on standardization and automation of analysis and assurance tools, with an emphasis on stress testing and building forward-looking models and forecasting capabilities.
What you should bring to the role?
  • Proven experience in FP&A with strong analytics skills, preferably in a financial or corporate environment.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a curious and creative mindset for exploring patterns and extracting insights, along with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, practices, and reporting standards is highly desirable. Experience analyzing and reporting cash flows is a plus.
  • A passion to stay updated with the latest developments in data science, financial analysis, and related technologies.
  • Experience with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
