Aegon in Farnborough is hiring a Customer Consultant on a permanent, full-time basis. You will provide first-class service to customers through inbound and outbound calls, promote services and products, and work in a hybrid model requiring in-office presence at least 40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or contact centres.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst talking to customers.
• Awareness of risks in the Financial Services industry.
• Comfort putting yourself in a customer’s shoes and taking ownership.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for all inbound customer enquiries relating to Aegon Financial Planning services and products.
• Seek to resolve customer complaints where possible using agreed and appropriate processes and procedures.
• Identify Customers’ needs outside of the core enquiry by promoting further and appropriate products and services.
• Stepping outside of role to support department on projects.
