FP&A Manager | SaaS, London based | Salary £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits.

I am currently partnering with a high-growth SaaS company looking to hire an FP&A Manager to establish their finance function, reporting directly to the CFO. The company is well-funded and profitable, with plans to expand the finance team. Candidates with experience in SaaS or Fintech and qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA are preferred.

Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic business partnering with international sales and marketing teams to track pipeline development and drive growth.
• Analyzing core KPIs and SaaS metrics to enhance company performance.
• Developing impactful board and leadership presentations summarizing business strategies and goals.
• Supporting future funding rounds and serving as a key point of contact.
• Building and maintaining financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
• Managing management reporting processes.
• Collaborating with suppliers and sourcing cost-effective service providers.
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by the C-suite.
