Your Role: As an FP&A specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial future of the business. This forward-looking, commercially focused role involves providing insights that directly influence strategic planning and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts
• Supporting budgeting and long-term planning processes
• Conducting variance analysis and identifying key business drivers
• Partnering with department heads to provide financial insights and challenge
• Preparing board-level reports and dashboards
• Supporting investment appraisals and scenario planning

Qualifications and Skills:

• Background in FP&A, Finance Management, or Management Accounting
• Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills (Power BI experience is a plus but not required)
• Commercial mindset with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-paced or scaling business environment is advantageous
• Relevant accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is desirable but not essential
