What this job involves
Our Work Dynamics Group is currently seeking a Space Data Manager, responsible for delivering accurate data and drawings, and occupancy reporting within an assigned client portfolio.
This role involves managing client portfolio drawings and data, providing critical data reporting to support strategic planning functions, and sharing data with relevant technology solutions as appropriate.
Single point of contact for the CAFM/IWMS database, drawing, and application support. Drive consistent processes for submitting, reviewing, and approving data change requests on client file sharing platforms.
Lead recurring site data validation (space audits) to ensure seat assignments and floor plans are accurate.
Drawing management support to maintain compliance with data standards for the AI Occupancy Planning system.
Comprehensive understanding of space data management systems. As the Subject Matter Expert for the Occupancy Planning & Management Platform, interpret portfolio changes and assist with financial forecasts.
Key member for allocation/chargeback cycles, including all related reporting requirements.
Key partner with move coordination and facility management teams for move and space processes, implementation requests, and facility audits.

Desired experience and technical skills
Bachelor’s degree and previous CAFM experience required.
Experience with FM Systems or similar systems (e.g., Archibus, Serraview, Manhattan, Tririga).
Experience in space/occupancy planning is highly desirable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization.
Curious, inquisitive nature, asking questions to understand client needs.
Proactive, innovative, and solution-oriented.
Technologically savvy, preferably with AutoCAD skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Independent, self-starter, able to prioritize and manage deadlines in an agile environment.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
