The Financial Planning Administrator supports the financial planning team to provide a seamless client experience through comprehensive administrative assistance. Responsibilities include managing new business submissions, fund switches, claims, and liaising with platforms and providers to process applications efficiently.
You will update and maintain client data, provide general administrative support, prepare for meetings, and handle client inquiries. The role requires working from the office at least 3 days per week and can be based in Cheltenham, Cardiff, Liverpool, Darlington, Fareham, or Harrogate.
You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in financial planning administration. Your background includes supporting financial advisors, managing client information, and maintaining CRM systems with accuracy. You excel in communication, time management, and working under pressure, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and ethical conduct.
Negotiable depending on experience.
