Senior Recruitment Professional - Financial Services

Financial Planning Administrator | Up to £31,000 + Benefits | Hybrid | Meriden (CV7)

An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a dynamic and professional financial planning team near Meriden. This full-time role is ideal for someone with previous experience in an IFA or financial services environment seeking to advance their career.

You will support advisers and paraplanners by providing efficient and accurate administrative assistance, including submitting new business, producing review packs, and maintaining Intelligent Office records, playing a vital role in the back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Submit new business and follow through to policy issue
• Maintain and update Intelligent Office and document management systems
• Prepare client valuations and support review pack production
• Process withdrawals, fund switches, and Bed & ISA transfers
• Liaise with clients and providers on queries, including death claims
• Mentor junior team members as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an IFA or similar financial services role
• Proficient in Intelligent Office and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive team player

Benefits:

• Salary up to £31,000 depending on experience
• 28 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with tenure)
• Hybrid working: up to 1–2 days remote (at management discretion)
