My client is a wealth planning practice based outside Guildford with over 15 years of operation. I have successfully placed 5 staff members here. They have a solid reputation for providing financial advice to private and corporate clients across Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. Their client portfolio includes city professionals, families, retirees, and business owners with investments ranging from £500k to over £20m, managing nearly £300m AUM. The firm employs Chartered Advisers along with a full administrative and paraplanning team.
The Managing Director is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator. Key responsibilities include:
Full training will be provided. Experience across financial products such as Pensions, Investments, and Protections is advantageous. Knowledge of Intelligent Office CRM would be highly beneficial. The role is office-based. Qualifications are flexible; support for exams will be provided if you are studying. The team values staff wellbeing, rapport, and regularly organizes socials and trips.
The salary range is £30,000 - £40,000, negotiable for the right candidate, with an attractive benefits package including 25 days holiday, DIS, and private medical cover.
