You will work closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners to ensure a smooth, efficient client experience across pensions, investments and long-term planning.

You will manage client correspondence, process applications, prepare review packs and arrange meetings, while maintaining accurate records and providing comprehensive back-office support in

Qualifications

• Experience in IFA/Financial Planning administration is needed.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage client correspondence and relationships.
• Process new business applications across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare client review packs and meeting documents.
• Arrange client meetings and manage planners' diaries.
• Request provider illustrations and product information.
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records on internal systems.
• Handle client enquiries and provider communications.
• Provide back-office support using IO.
• Ensure all admin aligns with procedures and regulatory standards.
