Recruit Wealth Limited in Borehamwood is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their modern financial planning team. You will be part of a technology-driven organisation that transforms client and adviser experiences within Wealth Management.

You will support Financial Planners, Paraplanners and operations to ensure clients receive exceptional service throughout their financial planning journey. The role suits someone who enjoys organisation, relationships and delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Planning or Wealth Management
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end new business administration processes
• Process new business accurately within service standards
• Liaise with providers, solicitors, accountants and third parties
• Handle Letters of Authority and provider follow-ups
• Support Financial Planners with pipeline management and client servicing
• Maintain accurate, compliant client records across systems
• Assist with meeting preparation and ongoing client communications
• Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and documentation
• Deliver exceptional client service via telephone and email
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies
