An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm is looking to appoint an ambitious Financial Planner to join its growing team in Leicester. The Role

As a Financial Planner, you will:

• Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning
• Build and develop your own portfolio of clients through networking, professional connections and business development
• Create and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and exceptional service
• Work closely with an experienced paraplanning and client support team, allowing you to focus on advising clients
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience as an Independent Financial Adviser or Financial Planner
• A minimum of level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and holistic financial planning
• A proactive approach to business development and relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
