IDEX Consulting Ltd. in Coventry is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its independent wealth management team. You will inherit an established £20m client book and benefit from warm leads and referrals, with the freedom to grow within a supportive, non-corporate culture.

You’ll provide holistic, independent financial advice, manage relationships, and build on existing connections while collaborating with a strong support function and flexible/hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent.
• Established CAS / competent adviser status.
• Proven experience as a Financial Adviser providing holistic financial planning.
• Confident managing an established client portfolio.
• Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and retirement planning.
• Commercially minded and capable converting opportunities into client relationships.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

An established independent wealth management business is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join its team in Coventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced adviser to inherit an established £20m client book, while also benefiting from a strong flow of warm leads and referrals coming into the business.

The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established client portfolio, build on existing relationships and develop new business from referrals and opportunities generated within the wider business. You won't be expected to build a client base entirely from scratch.

You’ll be joining a well-established, independent business with a down-to-earth, collaborative and non-corporate culture, alongside a strong support function and a good level of autonomy.
