IDEX Consulting is delighted to be partnering with a leading national wealth management business as they look to expand their team across the West Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join an established organisation with a strong reputation, an existing client base and a consistent flow of new opportunities.

You’ll benefit from an established portfolio of approximately 100 clients, alongside regular leads through internal banking channels, giving you the platform to build meaningful client relationships, deliver high-quality financial advice and grow your business.

With a flexible home-based working model, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own diary, balancing remote appointments with face-to-face client meetings. You’ll also be joining a well-established brand that offers the backing, resources and support to help you succeed.

What we're looking for:

• An experienced Financial Adviser with a proven track record of providing regulated financial advice

• Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent

• Experience managing an existing client bank and developing long-term client relationships

• Confidence in conducting client meetings, identifying needs and delivering suitable financial recommendations

• A proactive approach to generating new business, converting leads and developing client relationships

• Strong technical knowledge across areas such as investments, pensions and retirement planning

• A client-focused approach, with a commitment to high standards of compliance and customer service
