Job summary

Kingfisher is seeking a Finance Projects Analyst to support finance transformation, governance and operational excellence initiatives across Group Functions Finance. You will analyse financial and operational data, provide insights, and develop dashboards to monitor progress for senior stakeholders.

You will act as a key link between Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and business stakeholders, coordinating workshops and project activities while identifying improvement opportunities to boost

Qualifications

• Finance experience with a recognised accounting qualification (or working towards one).
• Advanced Excel expertise, with experience managing large datasets and producing insights.
• Competent Power BI user with the ability to develop reporting and dashboards.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across audiences.
• Experience in GNFR or financial control is advantageous; French language skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support across finance transformation, governance and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyse financial and operational data to support project delivery and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project tracking, reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Support finance governance, controls and approval frameworks with compliant processes.
• Coordinate workshops, communications and activities between Finance, Procurement, Shared Services and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and finance performance, deputising for the Senior Operational Finance Manager when required.
