Qualifications

• At least 2 years IT experience in financial services.
• Overall 5 years IT experience.
• Bachelor or Master's degree in IT/CS.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for software, hardware, and networking.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
• Design, plan and deploy IT projects to enhance infrastructure.
• End-user computing support for staff.
• Coordinate between London users and Group IT Security on access.
• Implement disaster recovery and backups to meet requirements.
• Support reporting for compliance and AML.
• Data extraction for stakeholders.
• Monitor CCTV, telephony, and door access systems.
• Oversee network switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Plan maintenance checks for smooth IT operations.
• Maintain BCP site readiness.
• Maintain branch PABX and recording system.
