Job summary

Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants is seeking an experienced Transaction Services professional to lead financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side for corporates, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and lenders.

You will join our growing Advisory team, shaping the Transaction Services proposition and mentoring junior colleagues while expanding our presence in the South West and West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading financial due diligence assignments.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify value-adding opportunities and manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to contribute to business development initiatives.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Team leadership and ability to coach junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Leading and delivering due diligence assignments on time and budget.
• Acting as the primary client contact and building relationships.
• Managing multiple projects and identifying issues and opportunities.
• Supporting the development of Transaction Services proposition.
• Supporting business development activities and tender submissions.
• Developing relationships and promoting wider service lines.
• Coaching and managing junior team members with feedback.
• Collaborating with Partners and Directors to deliver solutions.
• Sharing technical knowledge as a Corporate Finance specialist.
