Job summary

Gambit Search is seeking a Transaction Services Associate Director to join its London team. The role focuses on mid-market deals, advising private equity houses, corporates and entrepreneurs with leadership across buy-side and sell-side transactions.

You will lead Financial Due Diligence engagements, manage projects end-to-end and act as a senior client contact. The position offers significant client exposure, progression, and a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
• Experience operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level, with the ability to lead engagements independently.
• Proven client-facing experience with strong stakeholder management and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Financial Due Diligence engagements across a broad range of transactions.
• Manage projects from initial scoping through to final report delivery, ensuring a high standard of client service throughout.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members while overseeing the delivery of high-quality work.
• Work closely with Partners and senior leadership on complex transactions and support business development initiatives to drive continued growth.
