Director - Seeking Global Accountancy & Finance Professionals

Inico is working with a technology company specializing in cyber security based in London that is looking to recruit a Finance Director for their London headquarters.

Due to a recent merger, this role will involve leading a finance team of 15, comprising qualified, newly qualified, and part-qualified finance professionals.

The candidate should have experience in building a finance team, ideally with extensive hands-on recruitment experience, either directly or in collaboration with HR to attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, management reports, and statutory accounts.
• Work closely with the CEO on commercial deal-making and bid proposals.
• Design and implement scalable processes, controls, and systems, utilizing technology to automate tasks.
• Responsible for monthly management and annual statutory reporting.
• Establish strategic, commercial, and financial objectives for the business.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Procurement, and Tech teams.
