Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Financial Crime Programme Director to lead Change and Transformation for Compliance. You will drive multiple transformation programmes, align with regulatory requirements, and deliver high-quality outcomes across the function.

You will coordinate with Compliance SMEs and leadership, provide regular reporting to the head of Compliance and MLROs, and guide a large team through complex risk and control environments. A can-do attitude is essential in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Experience delivering multiple transformation programmes for Compliance and Financial Crime.
Experience delivering board-level and C-suite reporting.
Experience coordinating regulatory responses and drafting materials for regulatory submissions.
Strong leadership and ability to manage senior stakeholders.
Can-do attitude in high-priority, high-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage change projects to deliver on time, within scope and budget.
Develop and manage project plans with scope, timelines, and resources.
Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Lead project teams and ensure proper resourcing.
Create reports on project progress and risk management.
Facilitate change management activities to embed changes.
