Job summary

Azumi Restaurant Group is seeking a qualified Financial Controller to own financial control and performance across our UK and European restaurant portfolio. This hands-on role combines strong technical control with commercial analysis in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality environment.

You will work with the Head of FP&A and senior operational leaders to uphold governance and help our restaurants perform at their best, delivering timely reporting and robust financial processes across the group.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• 5+ years of senior finance experience, hospitality/retail or multi-site consumer business a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L analysis and financial insight with senior operational teams.
• Partner across Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing to improve performance.
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable commercial insight.
• Support financial planning for new openings and build business-case models.
• Manage budgets and forecasts as part of the global FP&A process.
• Produce monthly management accounts with commentary and ensure controls.
