Job summary

SF Recruitment partnering with a fast-growing hospitality group is recruiting a Financial Controller. You will own monthly close for UK and US entities and deliver management accounts and board reporting.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead UK audit, manage cash flow forecasting, CapEx planning and strengthen systems and controls using NetSuite. This role is onsite near London Bridge.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with audit training and strong control environment.
• Experience implementing or using NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Background in multi-site hospitality or retail finance is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and tighten controls.
• Ability to translate numbers into commercial actions and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close across UK and US entities.
• Deliver accurate management accounts and board reporting.
• Lead the UK audit process and coordinate US reporting.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital and CapEx planning.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and trading analysis across sites.

SF Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing, multi-site hospitality business operating across the UK and US to appoint a Financial Controller

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own the integrity of the numbers while helping scale the finance function in a dynamic, growing business.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will play a key role in ensuring finance is clear, commercial and actionable across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the monthly close across UK and US entities
• Delivering accurate management accounts and Board reporting
• Leading the UK audit process and coordinating US reporting
• Managing cash flow forecasting, working capital and CapEx planning
• Overseeing budgets, forecasts and trading analysis across the estate
• Owning NetSuite and strengthening finance systems and controls

• Qualified Accountant - ACCA/ACA/CA/CPA (audit-trained preferred)
• Have experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Have worked in a multi-site hospitality or retail environment
• Enjoy improving processes and strengthening controls
