Job summary

Trint Ltd. is seeking a skilled Financial Controller to own the monthly close, consolidate multi‑currency reporting, and manage controls and audit readiness. You will supervise the Financial Accountant and collaborate with FP&A on budgeting and forecasting.

The role suits a proactive leader with experience in a growth SaaS environment, capable of improving processes, regulatory compliance, and treasury management while partnering with senior management to drive strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 3+ years PQE in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
• Strong monthly close management and robust financial controls.
• Experience with UK GAAP and external audit processes.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation and tax compliance exposure.
• Ability to lead 13-week cash flow forecasting and FX risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and consolidated reporting with commentary.
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, AP/AR, invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Lead statutory accounts, tax filings (VAT, payroll taxes, corporation tax) and audits.
• Manage cash, treasury, rolling cash flow forecasts and FX exposure mitigation.
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting and scenario modelling.
• Drive process improvements and automation in finance using modern tools.
