Job summary

Corporate Travel Management (CTM) Group is seeking a Financial Controller to provide support to team members and assist with finance policies at CTM Europe. The role involves preparing monthly reports, variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Qualified Chartered Accountant applicants with over 3 years of experience in the Big 4 are encouraged to apply. Hybrid working is common, with three days in the office per week, and a focus on employee wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar financial role.
• Proficient in accounting policies and practices.
• Ability to provide clear financial analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach team members in finance.
• Assist with finance and accounting policies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis.
• Regular office visits to ensure compliance.

Skills

Qualified Chartered Accountant ACA/ACCA or equivalent

3+ years of Big 4 experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage a team

Strong technical accounting knowledge

Effective written and interpersonal communication skills

Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing team
