Qualifications

• Recent graduate with strong Excel skills may be considered.
• Experience in accounting or finance roles is beneficial.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities are required.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process daily receipts and maintain accurate financial records.
• Complete daily multi-currency bank reconciliations.
• Post and reconcile multi-currency credit card transactions.
• Collect outstanding balances from customers and travel trade partners.
• Prepare and update weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
• Assist with month end accounting procedures and reporting.
• Issue weekly and monthly statements to credit agents.
• Process commission payments to agents and customer refunds.
• Handle booking related finance queries and agent account setup requests.
• Provide ad hoc support across the Finance department.
