Job summary

Sky UK Limited is seeking a Financial Controller to join the A2R Leadership Team in Livingston. You will lead monthly, quarterly and yearly closes, own P&L commentary, and drive improvements in controls and reporting.

You will manage and develop the finance team, partner with commercial and group reporting, and push for automation and process simplification. The role requires fully qualified accounting credentials (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), strong leadership, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong delivery focus with high-quality financial reporting and insightful analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close and ensure accurate P&L and balance sheet.
• Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and remediate issues.
• Review results, explain variances and provide commentary to stakeholders.
