Sky UK is hiring a Finance Analyst/Senior Finance Analyst for a 12-month FTC based in Livingston. You’ll own end-to-end accounting for a group of complex business areas, ensuring the ledger is accurate, controlled and well explained from month-end to year-end, and you’ll support the offshore RTR team.

You’ll lead the close process, review journals, accruals and provisions, and explain movements to Financial Controllers and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with CIMA/ACCA/ACA and multi-entity experience.
• Strong record-to-report background in large organisations.
• Solid IFRS knowledge and financial controls.
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience, SAP preferred.
• Able to explain complex accounting clearly to stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own month-end, quarter-end and year-end close and sign-off.
• Review journals, accruals, provisions and complex judgements.
• Explain P&L and balance sheet movements to senior finance.
• Review reconciliations and drive resolution of aged items.
• Oversee intercompany matching and settlements.
• Lead improvements like journal automation and SAP/Power Automate.
