Job summary

Well Life Clinic in the United Kingdom is seeking a Financial Controller to build and scale the finance function as the business grows. You will report directly to the CFO and lead monthly close, reporting, and cashflow management across NHS and private healthcare operations, with a focus on scalable controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as Financial Controller or Senior Finance Manager.
• Strong reporting, controls and cashflow management capabilities.
• Experience improving finance processes and systems.
• Hands-on and commercially minded approach.
• Healthcare, NHS or private healthcare billing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monthly management reporting and month-end close.
• Cashflow forecasting and working capital management.
• NHS debtor management and commissioner payment disputes.
• Private healthcare billing controls.
• Revenue assurance and revenue leakage prevention.
• Financial controls, governance and compliance.
• Finance systems and process improvement.
• Working with external accountants and bookkeeper.
