Job summary

We Do Group in London is seeking a Group Financial Controller to own group finance, reporting, consolidation and controls across UK and US entities. You will build the function from the ground up, hire and develop a finance team, and drive an ERP implementation to scale with our expansion.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will lead month-end, statutory reporting, audits and governance, while partnering with senior leadership on commercial decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent with strong Group Financial Controller / senior finance experience.
• Experience building the finance function in scale-up or high-growth environments.
• Experience bringing finance activities in-house and managing multi-entity reporting (UK/US).
• Proven ability to hire and develop a finance team and drive ERP implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own Group financial control, reporting, consolidation and month-end across international entities.
• Help build the finance function, bringing activities in-house and creating the right structure.
• Lead and develop the finance team to support continued growth.
• Oversee statutory reporting, year-end, audits, governance and controls.
• Manage reporting across UK and US entities and compliance requirements.
