Job summary

Healthcare 21 UK is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead accurate, timely financial reporting across the group. You will own the month-end close, group reporting, and balance-sheet integrity, working closely with the Financial Controller to deliver reliable reports and drive improvements.

You will mentor two finance professionals, strengthen controls, and partner with senior managers to enhance budgeting and forecasting. Travel to UK sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, management accounting or group reporting.
• Proven month-end close and board reporting experience.
• Strong Excel skills with data analysis and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP systems SAP and Cognos is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close timetable and management accounts.
• Provide board packs and variance analysis.
• Maintain balance-sheet reconciliations and intercompany accounting.
• Lead VAT/Tax returns and fixed-asset registers.
• Mentor a small finance team and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support internal audit and compliance.
