Group Financial Controller | PE-Backed Healthcare
We are partnering with a high-growth, PE-backed specialist care business supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs across a growing network of services.
The Group is on an ambitious growth journey, combining organic expansion with a clear appetite for further M&A. Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of the Group's financial control environment, ensuring accurate, timely and robust reporting across multiple entities, locations and P&Ls.
You will also lead and develop the finance team, drive improvements across systems and processes, and act as a key finance partner to the CFO, CEO and wider senior leadership team.
